As Assistant Art Director with BRZoom, I was asked to conceptually design an off-site taproom for Two Roads Brewing Company from a warehouse storage room at a local baseball field. My project goals were to build a space that felt like an extension of the Two Roads brewery's main taproom, had maximum visibility of the televisions for the most guests, while utilizing vertical space potential.
Building Renders
Building Exterior: Special attention was given to the exterior accessories including oversized tap handle logo lug-on, glass-pane garage doors, hops trellises, and custom wind sock.
Starting with an empty rectangular space, my goal was to maximize bar and seating space in the taproom with engaging cues from the original brewery.

It was fun to cram in all of the tidbits that make Two Roads Brewing Company unique, like their vintage industrial aesthetic and beer label posters, into one space to create a little taproom away from home.
Microbus Photo Op: An iconic symbol of the Two Roads brand, the VW microbus is featured as a photo backdrop with a custom illustration that showcases all of the events and notable characters that pass through Two Roads Brewing Company.
Building Back Exterior Options
Back Exterior Options: Allowed more freedom on the building's back side, Two Roads wanted to explore environmental additions that could make the exterior seating are more inviting. Options included a three bottle water feature, an outdoor awning, life-sized character replicas and stenciled wall decals pulled from their package illustrations.
