The Future of We. is a Community Innovation card game. Teams of players are invited to explore how to build a positive Solution for a Community Challenge that will benefit all of the residents involved, using creative problem-solving and communication skills in collaboration with their teammates.
As Art Director at Echo Tango, I was asked to help construct the visuals and refine the rule mechanics to create an easy-to-play game that would function as a learning tool for government employee workshop sessions. The result is an approachable card game with a play mat guide and corresponding worksheets to help players think critically about their Community Challenge and potential unexpected pathways to success.

Game Components
This instructional game play mat (below) is used to help player keep their cards organized, and assist more visually-oriented players to figure out the best way to form a Challenge Solution.
Teams of players will think through each card's purpose to create the best Solution to their given Challenge, utilizing all of their cards. Great Sparks of inspiration happen when players have to use Assets they wouldn't normally consider to accomplish a task.
